Spring Piglets = Fall Pork
We are now taking non-refundable deposits for piglets.
To secure your 1/2 or whole pig, we will need a verbal commitment by April 15th and the deposit by April 31st. For all of our previous customers; we are doing things a bit differently this year. Full Pig Deposit $250.00. Half Pig Deposit $125.00. Second Payment in the same amount will be due June 30th. The balance will be due in the fall when the pigs are butchered.
All money goes towards the final price of $3.50 per pound hanging weight for full pig. $4.00 per pound hanging weight for 1/2 pig. (which includes processing)

Bacon Ends – $7.50 lb
Bulk Sausage (no casing) – $7.50 lb : Breakfast, Hot Italian, Bratwurst, Sweet Italian.
Smoked Salt Pork – $5.00 lb
***Our sausage is made with all natural ingredients. Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Brown Sugar, Real Maple Syrup, Herbs & Spices.
Looking for a large portion of farm raised pork? Now is the time to start thinking about it!
PIGS: Pre-orders and non refundable deposits will be accepted until April 15th for fall 1/2 and whole pigs. $125.00 deposit for a half pig and $250.00 for a whole. A second payment will be due in June for the same amount. The balance is due when you pick up your pork at the farm in September or October. Your deposit and second payments are put towards the purchase of the piglets, feed and will be put toward your final purchase price.
